Invalid characters when entering text
Description
When entering your details in the AGOV account or filling out the AGOV help ticket, you will receive the error message “Invalid character. Please only submit accepted characters.”. In this case, you have entered a character that is not supported by the AGOV and it must be removed from your text before you can continue.Guide
To enter text in the AGOV account or to submit a ticket, please use only allowed characters. A list of allowed characters can be found below.Note that sometimes hidden or unsupported characters can be inserted when copying and pasting text from another source (such as a website or a message). If you have copied and pasted text from another source and are receiving an error, try typing the message directly into the AGOV Help text box.
