An AGOV account is always assigned to a single natural person.
You are responsible for the use of your AGOV account and its associated login factors, such as a smartphone with an authentication app, a FIDO security key, or an e-ID. This applies regardless of the context in which you act, whether privately or in another environment (professional, association, etc.).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the login factors are accessible only to you. If you make them accessible to others, the AGOV account and its logins will continue to represent you, and you remain responsible for all transactions performed with them.
AGOV accounts do not include delegation mechanisms; such mechanisms must not be created through the sharing of login factors (smartphones or FIDO security keys of representatives) or through shared authentication factors (e.g., PIN sharing or smartphones with multiple active biometric profiles).
In AGOV, your data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy: agov.ch/privacy
