Login for the online service not working

Description

If the login for an authority's online service is not working, this is usually a temporary problem.

Instructions

You can check whether the AGOV login is working as follows:
  1. AGOV's current operating status is shown on agov.ch/help. If there is a problem with the AGOV login, all online services are affected. Do not try to log back in to the online service until the fault in the AGOV login has been fixed.
  2. Log in to your (agov.ch/me) AGOV account. If the login is successful, then the problem is with the authority's online service. Try logging in to the online service again later.
Account recovery is not required in either case. Instead, open a ticket on agov.ch/help if the login to the online service or AGOV account fails.
