Recovering verified AGOV accounts

Description

To restore verified AGOV accounts, you need to re-verify your identity so that you can be identified as the rightful account holder. The AGOV assistant will suggest suitable verification methods:
    a) Verification letter for Swiss residential addresses: After account recovery, you will receive a letter with a verification code at your residential address.
    b) Personal proof of identity: Your identity will be verified at a post office, bank counter or via video identification.
If you are unable to recover your AGOV account using any of these methods or are having trouble with the recovery process, you can submit a ticket at the bottom of this page.
