Description

The error message Login failed is displayed when logging in to AGOV. The error message indicates that no account is defined.

In this case, your AGOV account is no longer connected to the AGOV access app for one of the following reasons:
  1. The AGOV app was deleted and reinstalled without connecting the smartphone/tablet to it.
  2. The account was removed from the AGOV app.
  3. The AGOV app was reset
