Removing a smartphone or tablet from your AGOV account

Description

You want to remove a smartphone or tablet from your AGOV account. We recommend that you also remove lost, stolen or faulty login factors from your AGOV account.

Instructions

Conditions
  • To remove a smartphone/tablet, you need a functioning login factor for accessing your AGOV account. If there are no longer any login factors available, the account will have to be recovered; see the What can I do if I no longer have access to my smartphone/tablet or security key? help article.
  • A login factor can be removed only if at least 3 login factors are registered in your AGOV account. This is a security precaution to avoid you locking yourself out of your AGOV account.
