Set the language in the AGOV access app

Description

The AGOV access app supports German, French, Italian and English. The AGOV access app automatically adopts the system language of your smartphone or tablet. If this is not supported, the app is displayed in English.

The AGOV access app automatically uses the system language set. This can be changed in the settings. The menu options may differ from the images shown depending on the Android version.
  1. Open the settings on your Android smartphone or tablet.

  2. Click on General management > Language and input.

  3. Select Language.

  4. If the desired language is not displayed, click on Add language and select the language from the list. Move the desired language to position 1 in the list.

    The language at the top of the list is used as default.


  5. The system language is changed to the selected language and the AGOV access app is displayed in this language.

The menu options may differ from the images shown, depending on the iOS version.
  1. Click on Settings > Language & Region > Add language ...

  2. Add the language that you would like to use later in the AGOV access app.

  3. Open Settings again and click on AGOV access > Preferred language.

  4. Select your preferred language.
