Email verification code not received

Description

I have not received an email verification code.

Guide

When you register in AGOV for the first time, you will receive an email verification code (confirmation code) at the email address you provided. If you have not received the code, proceed as follows:
  1. Check the email address you entered for typos. If the email address is incorrect, click on Change and correct the address (see image below).
  2. Check the spam folder in your mailbox.
  3. Wait a few minutes, as delivery of the email may be delayed.
  4. When the timer runs out, click on No code received? Resend (see image below).
  5. If the problem persists, open a ticket.
A message indicating that if you have not received a verification code at your email address, you can request a new one by clicking the button.
