iOS or Android smartphone or tablet
Internet-enabled computer with Windows or macOS
AGOV access app from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store
AGOV access app cannot be run on rooted devices or on system environments with modified operating systems
A security key can be used as an alternative or in addition to the AGOV access app.
Email address: For the private use of online services, the use of a private email address is recommended so that access to the AGOV account can be retained in the event of a change of employer.
Some of the authorities' online services require personal proof of identity, for which you will need an official identity document (passport, identity card or residence permit).
