Why doesn't the AGOV access app receive push notifications?

Description

In the event of changes in the AGOV account, a push notification is sent to the AGOV access app for confirmation. If push notifications for the AGOV access app are disabled on one of the registered smartphones/tablets, the following message will appear when registering an account and when logging in to AGOV:

Note on deactivated push notifications.
