Legal entities cannot create an AGOV account. The account always relates to natural persons and only they can use an AGOV-Login. Under Swiss law, a legal entity never acts in its own capacity, but always via a natural person acting as its agent. The assignment of a natural person as an agent of a legal entity is not mapped by AGOV, as this is a matter for the authorities' online services.Related help articles
