Registration not completed

Description

You were unable to complete your AGOV account registration for any of the following reasons:
  • The email address could not be confirmed because you did not receive an email with the verification code.
  • It was not possible to enter a login factor (AGOV access app or security key) or the entry failed.
  • The registration was aborted before the account was completed.

Testing account access
If you are not sure whether your AGOV account has been successfully registered, you can test the account access. To do this, log in to agov.ch/me in the browser with the registered login factor. If the login is successful, the AGOV account will open. This means that the account has been correctly registered and can be used for logins with specialist applications.

Restarting registration
If the account registration was not completed for any of the reasons mentioned above, no recovery is necessary. Instead, you can start a new registration on agov.ch/me with the email address already used.
