When you use AGOV, AGOV serves as the login mechanism for a specific application (the so-called target application) in which you wish to work. Such a target application may, for example, be your canton’s online tax return. It is therefore important to distinguish whether your support request concerns the target application or the AGOV login process itself.

  1. If you need assistance within the target application, for example with its operation, please contact the provider of the target application; for example, for your canton’s tax return, the tax administration of your canton.

  2. If you need assistance with AGOV itself, please read the help articles before proceeding to point 3.
