An AGOV account is always assigned to a single natural person.
You are responsible for the use of your AGOV account and the associated login factors. This applies regardless of the context of use, i.e. whether you act privately or in another context (professional, association, etc.).
It is your responsibility to ensure that the login factors are accessible only to you. If you make them accessible to others, the AGOV account and its logins will continue to represent you, and you remain responsible for all transactions performed with them.
Delegation mechanisms are the responsibility of the target systems (e-government applications), not of AGOV. With regard to constructed delegation mechanisms via the AGOV login factors (forwarding, multiple linkage, etc.), point 3 must be observed.
