Recovering non-verified AGOV accounts
Description
For non-verified accounts, the AGOV wizard offers you various recovery methods. If the method is not applicable in your case, the next method is offered in this order.- a) Recovery code: If you have the recovery code from the account registration, you can carry out the recovery immediately.
b) One-time code by text message: If you have stored a mobile number in your AGOV account, you can request a recovery code by text message.
c) Verification letter for Swiss residential addresses: After the account recovery, you will receive a letter with a verification code at your residential address.
